What services do you offer?
We specialize in parking lot striping and pavement markings for commercial, retail, industrial, and residential properties. Our services include new layout striping, re-striping, stenciling, ADA-compliant markings, curb painting, fire lane markings, and more.

In addition to parking lot striping, we also offer sports surface painting, concrete sealing, and consulting services to support a wide range of pavement and facility needs.

How often should I restripe my parking lot?
Most lots need restriping every 3 - 5 years, depending on traffic flow, weather, and wear. If lines are faded or hard to see, it’s time for a refresh. It’s not just about looks, but safety and compliance too.

How long does the striping process take?
Most jobs can be completed in a few hours, but larger, more complex jobs can take several days. It depends on the size and complexity of the lot as well as the access needs of the property. We work efficiently and can determine a schedule to minimize disruption to your business.

Can you stripe on newly sealed or paved asphalt?
Yes, but it’s best to wait at least 24–48 hours after sealing or paving to allow the surface to cure properly.

What kind of paint do you use, and how long does it take to dry?
We use high performance traffic marking paint designed for durability, visibility, and compliance. More technical details can be provided upon request.​

Drying times can vary based on temperature, humidity, and sunlight. In ideal conditions, the paint is dry in five minutes or less. If possible, it's recommended that traffic is not permitted on the surface for a few hours to ensure longevity.
